"Whatever shall I eat?" you declare, when you learn you have a tree nut allergy.

"What is that vegan diet? Will it really make me skinny?" you wonder, perusing the cookbook section of the bookstore.

"OMG, I can't live without eating bread," you wail upon learning all your digestive upset is caused by gluten.

"I need to lose weight, but I have no time to cook my own pre-portioned meals!" you say, knowing what you need to do but not sure how to do it.

  • Weekly 30-45-60 minute coaching sessions via phone, Skype, or in person

  • 6 Month Program (two 50-minute sessions twice a month for six months; counseling to achieve specific goals)

  • Cooking classes and private healthy cooking lessons
